What's been happening?
My new grandson arrived very early. I went to Germany for Nanna duties. Many thanks for all the good wishes. The baby is home from the NICU and doing well. Then ... tag you're it! The hubby arrived there, and I came home. I fought the jet lag and (eventually) was victorious. Now I'm back home and getting over my quilting withdrawal symptoms.
What's happening now?
I've been working on some website updates, and I'm super excited about the new addition of the Aussie's Rewards program. I'm having a sale! From now until the end of February, you can book your edge-to-edge quilting at 25% off the usual rate. That means you can get your quilting done for the screaming deal rate of just 1.7 cents per square inch. And if your quilt isn't quite finished yet, that's ok ... you can book and pay for it now to take advantage of the sale, and send it when it's ready. As always, quilts will be quilted in the order that they're received. As always, you can choose any pattern you like without a change in the price, because I want to make sure you get exactly the pattern you want.
Speaking of patterns, there are a bunch of new edge-to-edge patterns available for you to choose from ... 44 since my last update! I just love adding more options for you to use on your quilts.
A bunch of fabric arrived while I was away. There are new and restocked charm packs and fat quarter bundles for you to choose from. I'm especially loving the Electric Rainbow charm pack ... maybe it's because I'm in rainbow fabric mode right now?
You might have seen my Facebook and Instagram updates, but my temperature quilt palette has been finalized and I'm ready to start sewing on that. I'm so excited! I can't wait to see what color combos nature has decided to create in that quilt. It's a bright a sunny 89(!) degrees here today, so I'm thinking we're going to see more of the reds than we might have expected for a winter month.
Whew, that was a lot! To sum up ... I'm excited to be back home and quilting again, and I can't wait to see what you're all working on too!
